Before using the Service, please read these Terms carefully. Any use of the Service in any form constitutes the User’s full and unconditional agreement with the following terms.

General Provisions

1. These Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the car rental offer search service in Thailand, the rights to which belong to:

   registered on April 6, 2021.
2. The car rental offer search service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") under these Terms refers to a software product accessible at https://auto.rent. The Service provides Users with information about car rental offers from both the company NightCity and third parties – companies and agencies offering car rental services.
3. By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement with these Terms. If the User does not accept the Terms, they must refrain from using the Service.
4. These Terms and all relations arising from the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved in the court at the place of registration of the Service Owner.
5. The invalidity of any specific provision of these Terms does not affect the applicability of the remaining provisions.

Use of the Service

2. The Service Owner grants the User the right to use the Service in all countries worldwide.
3. Interaction with the Service, including the creation of car rental offer search requests, is carried out via the Service interface. The Service provides Users with information about car rental prices offered by third parties. References to third-party websites, services, or products are not endorsements by the Service Owner.
4. Booking and payment for rental services take place during a personal meeting between the User and the representative of the third party. The Service Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of the information, financial transactions, or fulfillment of agreements provided by third-party companies.
5. The User agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Service and not to use unauthorized software to interact with it.
6. The Service Owner may discontinue support for the Service, change its functionality, and request the User to stop using it.

Registration

3. To select a rental car, the User must complete the application form on the homepage of auto.rent. By submitting the form, the User provides their contact information, which automatically registers them and grants access to a personal account.
4. By registering on auto.rent, the User confirms they have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify customer support.

Liability

4. The Service is provided "as is". The Owner does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for any consequences related to its use.
5. The Owner is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Service or its individual features, including errors and failures.
6. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the laws of the country they are located in.
7. The User is responsible for their actions while using the Service, including compliance with the rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

5. The intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Owner or are granted under license.
6. The use of intellectual property objects is permitted only within the functionality provided by the Service. The User acknowledges that using the Service does not grant any rights to these objects.

Modification of the Terms

6. The Service Owner has the right to change the Terms unilaterally. Continued use of auto.rent after such changes confirms the User’s acceptance.
7. Changes become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise specified.
